TX3 Total Training Tower Website: a lockdown project
The TX3 Total Training Tower Website launches this week. It showcases the first joint venture between Dymond and Jack Eyers – the GB Paracanoeist and fitness instructor.
At the beginning of the first lockdown, Jack faced the prospect of missing important training sessions. Because his local gyms, like the rest of the country shut down. He started looking for affordable, high end gym racks to continue his training regime at home. He couldn’t find anything suitable and so Jack came and spoke to us.
Sketches to prototypes
From the first meeting with Jack, we understood what he needed and what started as a few scribbles and sketches developed into the real prototype as we set to work using our excellent tubular-metal innovation experience.
We worked with Jack to create the TX3 – an elite-standard home gym tower which is as versatile, robust and stable as commercial gym equipment, but without the cost. We have developed theTX3 and it has gone from strength to strength, testing and refining the tower to get us to where we are today. The TX3 offers an affordable, versatile, good quality squat rack built to an elite standard.
With ample head-clearance for pull-ups, it’s perfect for users of different sizes and abilities. It includes an additional 3rd pull up grip position for those with limited shoulder mobility. Safety bars and Olympic plate storage bars come as standard.
